Power Semiconductor Test Systems
The range of Power Semiconductor Test Systems has been developed to respond to all dynamic and static measurement tasks, encountered when designing, producing and using medium to high power devices.
The current range extends from 1 A to 10 kA with voltage from few volts to 10 kV.
There are specific kinds of Test Systems, according to the type of semiconductor or the usage.
LEM SYS pro tester
The LEM SYS pro tester measures static parameters of discrete devices or modules (IGBT, MOSFET, DIODE, THYRISTOR, TRIAC and others) and covers a range of 2 to 1000 Amperes and 20 to 2200 Volts.
Specially designed for the production environment as single or multi-station tester, the test heads can be integrated into handler systems.
Flexible in its application, it is also well suited for laboratories and service organizations.
The software monitors the functioning of the test systems and can be interfaced with the production system.
Test sequences and parameters may be easily programmed via the menus of the PC Software.
Testing speed of typically 10 tests per second qualifies it for high volume production.
Thanks to its modular design, the test system can be configured by selecting the appropriate test modules, according to the requirement, resulting in cost effectiveness.
A PC controlled matrix permits a series of tests to be performed on components and modules.
The test system consists of a PC and software with one or more test modules. It can be configured as single/multiple functional with multiple station system for voltage and current measurements.
The current and voltage modules contain the power generator and measuring circuits. The internal program, which is driven by the PC, controls the test conditions and returns the results to the PC.
If the requirement changes, the system can be adapted for the new conditions by adding the corresponding test modules.
